Dependiendo del diseño de la pieza y el material elegido para producrilo, se la somete a distintos tratamientos para la aplicación del color. Utilizamos pintura electrostática para crear un acabado uniforme y duradero, y evitar las burbujas que pueden ocurrir con las tradicionales pinturas líquidas.
Diferentes formulaciones (epoxi, poliuretano, poliéster o híbridos) están determinados por el destino de la partida. En el caso del poliéster, ofrece la mejor durabilidad exterior.
No trabajamos con tratamientos de cromado ya que dañan el medio ambiente y el contacto con la piel no es recomendado en la mayoría de los países.
Contamos con un catálogo de colores estándar, pero podemos desarrollar colores especiales según la cantidad de piezas a fabricar.
